My background is in education and family relations,  I have a degree in Education and Family Relations from The University of New Hampshire.

I am  lucky enough to spend my days with children. Teaching  at a Montessori school in a 1st-3rd grade mixed age classroom.

My coaching training was with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and ADDCA the ADD Coaching Academy. As a coach, I am a facilitator working on the how not the why.
